How do I book individual tickets?
Enter the number of tickets required in the relevant service type
Then an Attendee Names table will be displayed, please enter all guest names and their dietary requirements.
What if I want to be seated next to another guest?
Enter the name of the person in the Table Bookings field. All tables are allocated first in, first served – so purchase your ticket early to secure your preferred seating location.
How do I book a table?
Nominate 1 person to be the organiser for your group and that person will make the booking online and collate all monies. Only one payment is appreciated for table bookings.
How do I book a table of 10 online?
Tick the relevant service type
Once selected an Attendee Names table will be displayed, please enter all guest names and their dietary requirements
NOTE: If you do not have all the guest names at time of booking, enter the guest names that you have to date and then continue to proceed through the booking process. The remaining guest names can be advised at a later date.
How do I book mixed tickets for a table of 10?
Enter the number of tickets required for each service type
Then an Attendee Names Table will be displayed for each service type, please enter all guest names and their dietary requirements into the relevant sections
NOTE: If you do not have all the names at time of booking, enter the guest names that you have to date and then continue to proceed through the booking process. The remaining guest names can be advised at a later date.
What happens if I have 15 tickets (eg: 1 table of 10 plus 5 others)?
If they are all the same service type, tick the relevant service type Table of 10 option and then 5 in the individual tickets’ field.
Enter all guest names into the Attendee Names Table for each relevant section and in the Table Bookings Field request for all guests to be allocated across to 2 tables.
For a mixture of tickets enter as per above.
For group bookings (eg tables of 10 or more) how do we pay?
Only one payment is appreciated for group bookings.
How do I tell you to put the tables next to each other?
Enter this request in the Table Booking field.
Do I need to advise a Table name/s?
Yes, to ensure that you are allocated a table you must enter a name into the Table Booking field.
When do I receive the tickets?
Your tickets will be e-tickets and will be emailed to you in the week leading up to the Ball. You will receive confirmation of your booking within 48hrs. If you have not received confirmation after 48hrs, please contact our team on 07 3029 5678
What is the dress code?
For Military guests; Winter or Summer Mess Kit.
For Civilian guests; black tie or evening wear.
Can children attend?
In the interest of safety and general business practice, no minors (under the age of 18) will be permitted to the Ball.

Bookings can be made at the time of booking your Ball tickets.
What is the cancellation policy for Ball Tickets?
- There is no right of refund or exchange on any tickets, even if a mistake has been made by the customer or there has been a change of mind.
- A refund is only permitted if the event is cancelled or re-scheduled. Refunds will be processed according to the method of payment (e.g. tickets purchased by credit card will be refunded to that credit card).
- If an event is cancelled, no obligation is assumed by Legacy Brisbane for arranging a substitute event.
Are there any credit card fees for my booking?
The following payment methods are available for all ticket bookings.
- Direct deposit via EFT (banking details will be outlined on invoice)
- All credit cards are accepted – an additional credit card transaction fee will apply;
Visa and MasterCard (an additional 1.5% will be added to your total ticket invoice)
American Express (an additional 1.75% will be added to your total ticket invoice)
