IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Please advise the Event Secretariat of any dietary requirements at least ten days before the event.
Your tickets and program will be posted to you (10 days) prior to the event date. You will receive confirmation of your booking within 48hrs.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations must be made in writing. A full refund (per ticket) plus an administration fee of $20 per ticket will be issued if cancelled within ten days of the event, after which no refunds will be made. Tickets can be transferred to other names, however you must advise the Event Secretariat, for security requirements.
BALL SEATING: All seating is allocated on a first in, first served basis, so book early if you wish to secure seating close to the stage!
